 Hi, All

i am installing oracle application 12.0.X on windows Xp i completely install all the prereqs on windows

1_ C++

2_ cygwin

3_ gnumake

then i started install oracle appilcations from rapidwiz installation started after completion 13% installation error occured on screen

RW-50004: Error code received when running external process. Check log file for details.Running Database Install Driver for instance

when i checked the log file then it shows this

RW-50010 error occured while relinking of dbtechstack......................

most of the metalink document told me that these are permission issue but i am installing application through "administrator" user so how it was that if some thing else for permissions plz told me
