Does the XSL file need to be migrated with XDOLoader also?

I've got XDOLoader DOWNLOAD to create the XML, RTF, and LDT files so I can use them to  upload into another instance.

However an XSL file is also created and in all the blogs/documents I read I don't see if I'm suppose to migrate that file too or not?

Is that file a side effect like the DRVX file?

If it needs to be migrated, what would be the LOB_TYPE ?
