How to debug related to BRM cache information?

  I am facing strange problem,  Dev and Test environments working fine but  e2e env behaving differently.
Dev and Test have the same code flow but in e2e it’s the code flow is different, it is something to do with cache and subscription fm, “FM CACHE”
Compared pin.conf , /config and system variables , fm libraries. There is no difference in 3 environment,  everything is same in these Dev,Test and e2e. suspecting something wrong with cache
How to debug the cache differences in Dev and e2e?
