local time for performance graphs in the db console for the Grid Control

 I have Grid Control 10.2.0.5 with repository database 10.2.0.4 on the linux 86x64. The GC was updated by last PSU. The local time for the box with OMS and repository is GMT.
When I connect to the GC from my laptop using IE it shows my local time EST on all performance graphs.
But when I try to use firefox, chrome or safari it shows GMT instead local time.
It is the problem for my co-workers which cannot use IE because they have linux or MacOS on their laptops.
Can someone advice what  wrong with OMS configuration?
