Error while installing Siebel 8.1.1 in Redhat Linux

We are in the process of installing Siebel 8.1.1 SIA in Linux Redhat. When trying to install Siebel Enterprise server by choosing Gateway Server, Siebel Server, Database configuration utilities, getting the following error: Unable to write out string table for language pack. Setup cannot

continue.(SBL-STJ-00193)

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/siebel/_uninst/ses/table.txt (No such file

or directory)

So tried to install the servers individually, I was able to install Gateway Server and Siebel Server. But when trying to install Database Configuration utilities, getting the following error message: Drive "/opt/siebel" does not have enough space to install the selected
