Autoinvoice - Compatibility

Can anyone tell me if it's OK to submit the "Autoinvoice Master Program" simultaneouly with different parameters?

In the past 3-4 months we have noticed 2 instances where the Autoinvoice process has just got hung and had to be terminated or it ended with a signal 11 error.

Each time the only way we had the issue resolved was to bounce the database.

Please let me know if any of you have had a similar experience and how you handled it.
