RFCs - The Trials and Tribulations of Trying to Create One!

 Each and every time I've had to create an RFC, I've had to reserve a half day in which to do it.  I select "create" and from that point on it's a game to get the flash "spinners" to quit spinning so that I can choose values for the required fields.  A good portion of the time LOVs do not populate (and you cannot enter a value) for required fields.  The only thing I can do when this occurs is refresh or logon/logoff.  Either way, I'm back to the same old game.  I was thrilled yesterday.  It only took me
