TAF services crash

 Hi,
Our TAF services went down for all of our TEST instances last night.  The cold backup failed to restart the jobs or they started and crashed again.  When I came in this morning I saw they were down and restarted them.

Where can I find log files on TEST_TAF to diagnose the problems that happened last night?  There is nothing in the alert log.  We are using RAC 11.1.0.7 with TAF on 3 servers.
