Oracle RAC extended with Data Guard, the client had Oracle Ebussines Suite Financial 11i and R12

HI, We had a client how needs to improbe his data base arquitecture for disaster recovery and recovery speed we are thinking in implement a Oracle RAC extended with Data Guard, the application is Oracle Ebussines Suite Financial 11i and R12, we need to certificate that Oracle RAC Extended dont have tecnical issues with that application and what is the maximum distance support.
