ORA-01403 No Data Retrieved at Inventory Material Transaction for 'Cycle Count Adjustments' Transact

 Problem occured Inventory at Material Transaction , an error will display upon clicking the 'transaction details' button in 'Transaction summaries'. Error ORA-01403 , which is no data found for certain 723 org items having transaction types 'Cycle count Adjustments'

1. The problem/issue only occurs to 723 org items, diplaying the error ORA-01403
There is no error for 725 org items.

IMPACT: Cannot do the material transactions for 723 org items having 'Cycle Count Adjustments' trasanction type

2. The transaction summaries will just retrieve the data on mtl_material_transactions, and the data is already there.I'm confused because, why is it the 725 org items can be viewed without error while the 723
