Upgrading 11.5.9 FSG reports to R12.1.2 Question

 We are upgrading from 11.5.9 to R12.1.2.  Will all the FSG reports created using client ADI or the GL application be available and executable once the R12 upgrade is complete using either Web ADI or the GL application?  or Do we need to recreate all the FSG reports?  Any advice?
