Use of Web ADI instead of Client Server ADI

 Currently in GL we use client server ADI to upload GL budgets and run FSG Reports.  We will be moving to R12 and know that only Web ADI will be available.  Can you advise if Web ADI can be used to upload GL Budgets and FSG Reports ?
