streams are set, but do not replicate

 Hello:

 I have set up a little test streams in oracle 10.2.0.3. Based on what I see in OEM everything is up, no errors; but when I have created a new table in my source instance, it failed to appear in the target.  I don't see any errors anywhere - dba_capture, dba_apply dba_propagation.

Can anyone suggest what else can it be and any other place I should look?
