EMOD - How do I upload PDF Document with jpeg picture inside

Error “Invalid Value” received when trying to link an Adobe Acrobat PDF Document Containing a jpeg picture into the EMOD Campaign message.

I have tried to load into EMOD Mailing as a Document – Image and also E Mail Template without success.

Can you please advise how can I upload this type of document as this is a typical requirement from our Marketing Department?
