INPS JDE A9.2 Italy withholding tax

Implementing A9.2 for Italy and INPS pop up window in AP no longer allows the manual input of INPS (field AA1 in 7.3). Need to know how the functionality has changed and where this is now populated. can see the field is still in the file but not in the pop up. read the latest localzation guide that is for 8.1 but no news in there
