NI_VALIDATION for Brazil

 Hello All,

I want to know if anyone implemented NI_VALIDATION fast formula for South American Countries, Brazil etc.?. We customized oracle seeded ni_validation fast formula for US ( just for testing purpose by adding certain validations in seeded pl/sql pkg ) which is working fine. But when we want to deploy same code  ( customizing oracle seeded ni_validation fast forumla's pl/sql package) for Brazil , person Form ( core HR) is not kicking any validation ( ni_validation fast forumula). Any ideas?.
