Hi All, I have to setup Siebel Service Handheld 8.0.0.9 on the handheld, and the Siebel server is running Field Service base 8.0.0.9 or later......

I have no Siebel experience whatsoever, but tons of Middleware experience. Basically there is a project in jeopardy at the moment and I have been tasked with resolving the issue. I have looked for the downloads on Oracle, but all I keep getting is the media pack and gadget stuff. In short time is of the essence here. Could somebody please provide the necessary URLs I need for the downloads in order to create a test environment and setup the handheld and field service tutorials. I have had no joy with my local Oracle representatives so hopefully someone here can
