BUDGETARY CONTROL ON ASSET ACCOUNT

 Hi Experts

My client wants to setup a strict budgetary control on assets account.

I am failing to understand how this can be achieved, bcos on the procurement side they use the asset clearing account which is universal for all capital assets being procured.

Is it possible to setup budgetary control on assets cost account?.
