'Add tasks and Resources' in PJT

 Hi,

I am creating a new Project Management responsibility to allow users limited access to update financial plans.  On the 'Maintain Budget Versions' page there is a button 'Add tasks and resources' which allows the user to add planning elements.  I would like to remove access to this option for a certain responsibility.  Does anyone know if there is a function that controls this access to that I can remove the function from the menu.
