How do you delete a book

 I want to delete a number of books in the system, however every time I try I get the same error message stating that I must delete all users, sub books, and users.

I have deleted the folloing records from a target book to test the best method:

Companies, Contacts, tasks, appiontments, campaigns, oppurtunities, and leads.

I have also checked for sub books and deleted any users along with any related workflows.

I still can not delete , and even used the advanced search method checking for data in any of the books.

Can anyboby help.
