Project Task Effectiveness

Hi,

Could someone inform how effective projects tasks are if we would like to create millions of task in Porjects.

we would like to interface legacy system work order as project task, however we are wondering about the application performence as every year total WO is not less than 100 thousands and the single project work may continue for 30 years or more.
