Suppressing a Rejected Message for subsequent orders
Is it possible to supress a rejected message for subsequent orders?
For ease of understanding, assume that we have a product 'Microwave' for which we have set-up a recommendation of 'Microwave gloves'. When customer ABC calls in to order Microwave, the system(RTD) suggests the gloves as a recommendation. Assume that customer ABC rejects the recommendation.
Customer ABC calls in after 3 weeks and orders a barbeque grill for which the same brand of gloves has been set-up as a recommendation. Now the business requirement is that since customer ABC has rejected the gloves in the past, this recommendation should be suppressed.
