execute to parse ratio

 After I run the statspack report for one of the database, I am getting a negative execute to parse ratio. How should I go about fixing the problem? The last time I ran the report, the ratio was around 60%. The only change I have made is that I created some indexes on the tables and get rid of lots of the full table scans. Thanks. By the way, the version of my database is in 10.2.0.3 with compatible set to 9.2.0.8 and the os is solaris 10.
