Trying to create two new reports/layouts

I have two situations

 

1)  I would like to create a filter, layout, report, etc??

This report would list the activity id, relationships, relationships types and lag

I would then compare this list to the previous month to verify the lag has not changed

2) I would like to create a filter, layout, report, etc??

This report would show all activities with a primary or secondary constraint. 

Also it would show if they have an exception log notebook topic and what the notebook description is.
