Upgrade from 12.0.4 to 12.1.2

 Hi,

I am looking for documention for specifc new features when upgrading from 12.0.4 to 12.1.2. So far I have only been able to find documentation from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1. Is there any documentation out there that only includes the delta from 12.0.4 to 12.1.2 (or 12.1.1).
