CHANGE DATA CAPTURE USING ORACLE STREAMS SETUP

Hi ,

In a Data Warehouse (DWH) project, I am setting up Change Data Capture (CDC) using Oracle Streams feature by following the notes given below, from the Oracle Support Site.

However, due to complexity of maintaining agencies/contractual terms, the source database and target database are being maintained by two different Service Providers. So, the requirement for the STRMADMIN USER to be granted with the following privileges on permanent basis, is being objected by one of the service providers.
