very urgent issue

  Hi i made  remote_os_authent true.and create a ops$user
also os user user exists in remote server.
this user has only create session privilege but when connects to database event can select dba_user and all other dba views.
dba role was not granted to this user.(it has no roles)
also os id of related user is uid=3002(user) gid=1(other) groups=1(other)

i tried the same in another database of the same box but that user can not see dba views fortunately .
i have no idea why this exists.
is there any bug?
does ops$use which connect externally has any special note which i missed.
