Benefit Self Service - Flat Amount Benefit not displaying on Confirmation Statement

We have a Benefit setup to capture a flat amount.  During our Open Enrollment Event the amount rate field is enabled.  We enter an amount, it is stored in the F085520W, however, it does not display on the Confirmation Statement.  Has anyone done this during a Benefit Self Service Event?
