Entering order activity rules in 9.0

 I am trying to add order activity rules in 9.0.  I keep getting an error.  This error is not coming up 8.10.  It seems to want something in the 'Order Type Next Number' field.  The order type is set up in the next numbers.  We have our next numbers set up in company 00001.

Order Type Next Number has an invalid data dictionary value

CAUSE - The order type next number does not match any of the valid values specified in the Data Dictionary for this field.

RESOLUTION - Enter a valid value

Status Flow Not Set Up

CAUSE -The status flow for the entered order type and line type has not been set up in the Order Activity Rules file (F40203.
