How to Handle CRV (California Redemption value) in Order Management

  Hi

I have a quick question.  how to handle CRV in Order management ?  Shall we use Modifiers in OM or is there a way we can achieve through Ebusiness Tax ?  Client has 50-75 items that is eligible for CRV and each item has it's own CRV amount ..  It would be great if someone can give us a hint on how to handle this.
