FILESYSTEMIO_OPTIONS SETALL

  If we set the FILESYSTEMIO_OPTIONS parameter in the parameter file to SETALL, should we expect a noticeable performance gain?
Is there any script or any tests we can run before and after the change to gauge the effect?
