Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Please suggest me the precheck steps for the upgrade on window 2000 from 8.1.7.1 and 9.2.0.7 to 10.2.0.4.

Also let me know how to find bit(64/32) information on window.
