Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. standby database upgrade

Hi All,

I have been assigned with the upgrade of 8.1.7.1 standby database to 10.2.0.4 in window.

Currently my window os version is window 2000.Please let me know the steps how I can accomplish the upgrade.
