Freeze during installation

 Hello,

During installation of OEM 10g (release 10.2.0.3) on HP-UX installation freezes occurred while copying files 'dm.conf.tmp' process Oracle Dynamic Monitoring Services.

In the terminal window is the message: 'opmnctl: opmn is Already Running ".  I think that it freezes, but the installation does not, right?

Can you please advise what to do? The installation process I have tried several times, always with the same result.
