Lost the ability to wildcard search fields in the Installed Base - feature previously existed in 11i

 It appears that users cann wildcard several fields in 11i when performing searches in the Installed Base.

Example use case is user enters an Owner Party and a partial item number (ex:Item: 8989%).

This is not allowed, the user is required to enter a unique Item.

This was available in 11i, so this is a lost feature.

I am not finding a way to personalize this - is it possible to personalize?
