R12.1.2 OLFM Manual Termination Quote with Quote Reson Repossession does not display Repossession fi

Does anyone have documentation of what steps are required in R12.1.2 for OLFM Quote Type:  Termination - Manual Without Purchase with Quote Reason:  Repossession - for the system to display the "Repossession" field as Yes on the Termination Quote Summary Page?
The termination Quote Status is Completed.  The repossession was done on a Direct Finance Lease.  The Asset Return information has been updated with the following information:

• Return Status = Return
• Date Returned = 30-Apr-2010
• Repossession Agent = AP Vendor selected from LOV
• Repossession Date Returned = 30-Apr-2010
• Repossession Voluntary = Yes
• Repossession Actual Date = 30-Apr-2010

The Return Request forms will not allow me to change the return status to "Repossessed".  I would like this asset repossessed so that the asset 'repossessed' information appears on the Lease Center Collections Form.
