Account Relationship Importing

 Hello,
Does anyone know how to import relationships between accounts? There is an option to relate accounts with one another using the GUI. There is an option to export those relationships via the export manager. There is a subject area for reporting and analytics about accounts and related account. There is no option to import them using the import wizard. The record types that can be imported with Data Loader are the same as import wizard. Can't figure out if Web Services can do this.
