Oracle database on a Hyper-V environment ?

1.  Is Hyper-V virtual server with a Windows 2008 (32-bit) certified for Oracle 10g database ?

2.   Are there any pre-requisites which needs to be installed on the OS before we install Oracle database 10g
      on a Hyper-V virtual server ?

3.  Are there any db utilities or check tools from oracle to run on windows 2008 32-bit server (running on Hyper-V)
     to make sure that Operating system has passed on certification to install oracle ?
