Negative amounts as discount in autolock box

Dear All,

We have a requirement of autolock box system in receivables, we want to know that, whether we can process auto lock box for negative amounts or not, the negative amount is nothing but the  discount.

If its not possible, how we can treat this discount row which in negative amount  at the time of processing Autolock box.
