Batch Jobs

 Hi All,

I have a 5 TB database on HP-Unix itanium 64 bit.There is huge batch jobs and materialise view which fetch the data from remote database to locally.I am a new dba in this environment.Now Users are saying that these jobs were runing fine 3 days before but now it is taking 5 timies more time.It is a oracle 10.2.0.4 4 node RAC database.Please let me know where I can start my troubleshoot with some steps.If you will provide some scripts to run on this database and If I can identify the problem.Please suggest ur best approach of the troubleshoot.
