View PO's created by another user

 Hi Experts,

Here's the issue that I am facing:

There's a docuemnt owner A who has created PO's and Blanket PO's in the system for dept X.

Now this person is replaced by person B whose credentials have been created in the system. However he is not able to view PO's created by user A.

Our security type is Hierarchy with access as Full.

I am aware that only the document owner and his approver in the hierarchy can view the PO's under this setup.

Is there a way where in users at the same positin in teh hierarchy can also view the PO's
