MERGE JOIN CARTESIAN

 Hi,
We have a RAC database 10.2.0.4, and this week we have had a problem with one SELECT because its explain plan has changed to MERGE JOIN CARTESIAN. Then this sentence gets all RAM ofmachine, and we have to kill the SQL's session.

Can it be a Bug? We have read some Metalink notes about bugs with MERGE JOIN CARTESIAN, but none of them apply to 10.2.0.4. Then, we don´t know if it can apply us.
