retaining a working link in a report once it is downloaded to Excel.

 Hi all, I have many reports that contain a field that when clicked on will take you to the actual document, Opportunity, lead etc. Unfortunately when I download the report into Excel, the link no longer works in Excel. I have tried modifying the code, in say the "Opportunity ID" field, but have not found a solution.

Does anyone know the code I could use to retain a working link in the report once it is downloaded to Excel.
