How use Enterprise Manager when the name and IP address of the server change ?

 When you install Oracle on a server Microsoft, you create a Shortcut for run Enterprise manager.
If you change the name (DNS) and / or the IP address the shortcut do not work !

If you try "http://127.0.0.1:1158/em" you cannot run Enterprise Manager !

What is the solution ?
