Can Not Export Preliminary BOMs in Agile 9.3

We are trying to get the Export function in Agile 9.3.0.1 to pull the preliminary BOM for the parent and the redlined sub assemblies on an ECO. It seems to be able to pick up the preliminary version of the parent, but reverts to picking up the released versions of any children on the ECO. We were able to pull preliminary Boms and their sub assemblies without having to put them on an ECO in Agile 9.2.1.4. Are there any settings we can tweak to make this happen in 9.3?
