Need help finding/cleaning up invalid dates in Oracle Database

Hi all,

In short, some situations in Oracle can result in a date field being filled with an invalid date. It appears
from that this can happen because some functions in the Oracle drivers API do not 'date validate'. Once an
invalid date value is in the database, it can then be copied around in the database through SQL commands, and
