Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Zero amounts on AR statements

Has anyone experienced AR statements printing with zero amounts on them. The are paid amounts that do not seem to clear from the statement.

We have checked the following for any processing option changes required but do not see anything.

Checked processing options of R5503B5001,R03B5005, R03B500X

Please may you assist.
