PN:Rent increase less than 1 year

Hi All
We have requirement to have rent increase in 11 months, 6 months etc. This is the most common escalation frequency for all the residential properties in India. We are in R12.0.6 and we are seeing that "Assess in Years" cannot accept fractions.

Any work around / suggestions ?
