OCFS for Windows X64 2003

  Hi

we are installing Oracle 11g R2 RAC (2 node) on Windows X64 2003 server
There is a need to use OCFS for some data file
When we install 11g database, does OCFS gets installed by default or do we need to install it separately?

If it is not installed, can someone please point out the download location for OCFS for Windows X64 2003 as we cannot seem to find it on OTN
