Patch 9209238 install question

We are installing the 11.1.0.7.2 PSU and have a question on the opatch apply. We are doing a rolling patch upgrade, one node at a time.  The README says to do "opatch apply". Shouldn't this be opatch -napply -local -oh  instead?   Without the -local, wouldn' opatch try to apply the patch to other nodes as well?
